Freelance professional since 2006 I'm involved in design, bio-ecological architecture, bio-eco sustainability buildings, interior design, construction sites supervision, construction sites safety management process, eco-compatibility and building's energy efficiency improvement, 3D model and renderings, making of quality and quickness the main elements my practice is based on. Since december 2008 I am included in Building's Energy Performance Qualified and Accredited Experts list of Liguria Region.

DESIGN AND INTERIORS

Architecture

The practice supports clients throughout the building and urban development process, beginning with a thorough feasibility assessment and a detailed survey of existing conditions, including the use of 3D laser scanning systems. The overall vision of architectural and urban design is developed through the executive design stage and detailed drawings, with tailored solutions for both the refurbishment and restoration of existing buildings and new construction. The integration of structural design, the proper preparation of building permit applications, and 3D modelling and computer graphics make it possible to visualise spatial decisions accurately.

Interior Design

Interior projects begin with listening and the ergonomic organisation of space to ensure comfort. From an initial interior design consultation to the conception of creative fit-outs for private and commercial spaces, exhibitions and trade fairs, the practice considers every element, including custom furniture design and the selection of coherent finishes and furnishings. Particular care is given to lighting design, which brings out the qualities of each setting and creates the right atmosphere.

CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY

Construction Management

The construction stage is managed with technical and organisational care, beginning with the preparation of special contract specifications and detailed planning of site logistics and operations. The practice oversees and monitors the works through construction safety coordination during both design and execution, alongside continuous site supervision to ensure that the works conform fully to the latest approved design. The service also includes quality control and material acceptance, assistance with final inspections and the delivery of updated as-built drawings.

Energy Design

Attention to sustainability begins with an in-depth energy assessment at the design stage: analysis of the building envelope, windows and building services identifies the most suitable measures to reduce heat loss and improve indoor comfort. The practice develops energy refurbishment projects for existing buildings and prepares technical reports under Law 10, Energy Qualification Certificates (AQE) and Energy Performance Certificates (APE) for the Liguria Region.

Cost Management

To support clear financial management, the practice precisely defines a project's cost framework through detailed bills of quantities, accounting for works during construction and the preparation of progress valuations (SAL). Economic assessment of alternative design solutions helps guide decisions in relation to the available budget, while cost monitoring during construction makes it possible to assess the impact of any variations. Assistance includes the research, analysis and comparison of quotations, alongside market research to identify suitable suppliers and contractors.

Technical Consultancy

Integrated technical assistance addresses administrative, regulatory and authorisation matters. Services include cadastral applications and updates, urban planning and building compliance checks and verification of health and hygiene requirements. The practice also handles landscape authorisations and approvals for work on protected buildings and buildings of historic or monumental interest, extending its expertise to specialist support for access to the statutory incentives available for building works, including the preparation and submission of ENEA applications.

FULL CONTRACT

A single contact point throughout the project until handover. The turnkey service begins with a phase of full designing, detailing and applying for the construction permit to pass the baton to instalment on site, including a careful selection of furnishings and finishes. All what you have to do is choose the best design according to your needs and watch every step of what is being built. No concern at all, just the assurance and the comfort of the right choice of a reliable team able to meet the deadlines without exceeding the budget stated in the contract.

COST ESTIMATE

Since 2012, january 24th the law about minimum professional fee had been repealed. It has also been made compulsory to give the client a detailed costs estimate which includes the professional fee and all the unsurprising expense of every single entrusted professional activity. The costs estimate can refer to different methodology for calculation, including the repealed ones, and it's absolutely necessary to avoid to exceed the budget you can afford.
